Your data, treated with respect

This site collects as little as possible. Here we explain, without jargon, what is processed, why, and what rights you have.

Controller

BlockInnova SpA, domiciled at 6 y 1/2 Oriente 280, Viña del Mar, Chile, is the controller of the personal data associated with this site (blockinnova.com). You can reach us at contacto [at] blockinnova.com.

What data is processed

This is a static, informational website: it uses no cookies, has no sign-up forms and builds no visitor profiles. The only personal data we come to know is what you choose to send us when contacting us by email, phone or WhatsApp (your name, your email address or number, and the content of your message). We use it exclusively to reply and follow up on your inquiry; we do not share it with third parties or use it for unsolicited advertising.

Visit statistics

To learn which content is useful we use GoatCounter, an analytics service that works without cookies and without identifying individuals: it records, in aggregate, which page was visited, the referring site, the country and the browser or screen type. It does not store your IP address and cannot track you across the web, so no consent banner is required.

Third-party services

The site is hosted by a web hosting provider which, like any web server, processes IP addresses in order to deliver the pages. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp or visit our LinkedIn profile, those services process your data under their own privacy policies.

Your rights (Law 21,719)

Under Chile's Law 21,719 on personal data protection, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of your personal data. We extend the same rights to visitors from any country. To exercise them, write to the email address above and we will respond promptly. We keep contact emails only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry or the business relationship that follows from it.

Changes to this policy

If the site adds new features that process data (for example, a contact form), we will update this page before enabling them.
